Powerful first move by looking back to the 80s and the wild experimentation of jazz drummer Armando Bertozzi. Having already made a distinctive entrance with two previous albums, Bertozzi's final masterstroke was Fantastic World, a daring body of work originally released in 1985. Rich with African percussion and wayward synthesis, this is far from a traditional record.

ブルーカラーヴァイナル/ジャケ表裏にリングウェアによる軽度スレ/ジャケ表に軽度の線キズ/ジャケ角エッジに軽度スレ  アドリア海に面したイタリアのラヴェンナ出身のジャズドラマーArmando Bertozzi。85年にも、打楽器もろもろにタップダンスまで交えた疑似エスノコズミック傑作『Fantastic World』を残こしている要注意人物。その前年の84年に、アコーディオン/ピアノ奏者Luciano Titiを迎えて同自主レーベルから発表した作品。ドラムスの電気変調つるべ打ち『Uragan』、バレアリックな響きの眺望に漂う『Lullaby For A Fancy』、そしてどの辺がチベットなのかは謎な良質コズミックグルーヴ『Tibet』(ちなみに『Fujiyama』という曲もあり)など全8曲収録。ジャケすてき。大推薦盤！
