Former member of Zao and Magma, bass player Dominique Bertram has released 2 albums, this first one is a pretty excellent slept jazz fusion gem with superb funky tracks like 'New-York Nights' or 'Kin Ahau', the totally zeuhl magma inspired 'Maka Kin Jokaya' but the highlight is the title track 'Chinese Paradise' that really sound like a wierdo Talking Heads track.
