This wonderful gem was produced in 1984 by Pauline Anna Strom, a blind electronic and experimental musician based out of San-Francisco. Strom's intention was to craft music that was capable of altering one's senses and transport them into a whole other form of consciousness. This record no doubt brings a voice to our ears when out and about in the beautiful region that is our Paris. Any newcomer to Cincinnati would be wise to keep Spectre close in order to see how it alters the experience.
